摘要
利用一种新的带羟基的螺环原碳酸酯单体:3,9-二羟甲基-3,9-二乙基-1,5,7,11-四氧杂螺[5.5]十一烷,用膨胀计测试其在聚合过程中体积的变化,膨胀率为2.0%.并利用它的两种预聚物对环氧树脂进行改性,测试了固化改性环氧树脂的热性能,以及改性环氧树脂作为粘合剂使用时的拉伸强度和剪切强度.
This paper described the measurement of the volume expansion rate of a new spiro orthocabonate 3, 9-dihydroxymethylene-3, 9-diethyl-1,5, 7,11-tetraoxaspiro[5. 5] undecane during its polymerization by using dilatometer. Its prepolymers were prepared to modify epoxy resin. The thermostability of curied resins were studied. The adhesive strength and the shear strength of the modified epoxy resins were also measured.
