摘要
通过实验手段直接测得离心机立柱自由端的挠度,在此基础上,利用能量原理,找到了立柱强度计算方法,计算结果发现根部应力较大,且为交变载荷.为防止立柱发生疲劳断裂,提出了一合理的结构形式,从而彻底消除事故隐患.
The deflection of free end of a centrifuge column has been directly determined by means of experiments. Based on the deflection, a method for calculating column strength has been developed using the energy theory. The calculating results showed that the stress is much higher at the root and it is alternating stress. To prevent column from fatigue fracture, an appropriate structure type is proposed and it is possible to eliminate the danger of accident.
