摘要
研究了用电解法回收TMP工艺中赤血盐的最佳工艺条件,电流效率达92%.将电解后的赤血盐溶液套用于肼化物的氧化反应,所得TMP中间体3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛的质量及收率均达生产工艺标准.
The optimal process condition of potassium ferricyanide recovered in TMP process was studied by electrolytic oxidation method in this paper. The current efficiency reached 92 %. The potassium ferricyanide solution regenerated by electrolytic method reacting with 3, 4, 5-trimethoxybenzoic hydrazide gave 3, 4, 5-trimethoxy benzadlehyde intermediate of TMP. The quality and recovery ratio of 3, 4, 5-trimethoxy benzaldehyde came up to the standard of TMP process.
