摘要
价值工程在工程项目中的应用,主要是以提高价值为目的,以功能分析为核心,以科学方法为工具,力求用最低的寿命周期总成本,设计出能充分满足顾客功能要求的工程项目,从而获得最大的效益。神保500kV串补站应用价值工程技术,选择节约型的提高价值的途径进行方案优化,取得良好效果。
The application of value engineering in engineering projects are aimed at value-increasing,centered in functional analysis, equipped with scientific methods,striving to satisfy clients＇ requirements and achieve maximum profits with a minimum life-cycle total cost.Value engineering techniques were used in scheme optimization of the Shenbao 500 kV series compensation substation project with good results.
