Testing Techniques of Double-Ended Ball Mill

摘要 贵州安顺电厂和黔北电厂使用了双进双出钢球磨煤机。调试双进双出钢球磨煤机前,应检查运动部件的对中和间隙、给煤机内部有无积存燃料、所有部件的润滑状况、冷却水流量、燃烧器关断阀、挡板、煤位控制系统等。磨煤机投煤运行前,应对磨煤机润滑油站、大小齿轮喷淋装置、煤位控制系统进行调试,对电机、减速机和磨煤机做空转试验,磨煤机做加球试运转,标定一次风和辅助风。然后进行磨煤机整套启动调试,对调试过程中可能出现的大小齿轮喷淋装置换向阀卡死、大小齿轮点蚀、加球管堵塞和油站切换滤网造成跳磨等缺陷进行处理。 Double-ended ball mills are used in Anshun Power Plant and Qianbei Power Plant in Guizhou. Before testing, alignment and clearance of moving parts, fuel accumulation inside coal feeder, lubrication condition of all the parts, cooling water flow rate, combustor cut-off valve, baffle, coal level control system, etc., have to be checked. Tests on lubricating oil station, large and small gear spraying device, coal level control system have to be performed before the mill put into operation. And other tests such as motor, reducer, and coal mill idling test, test-run of coal mill ball adding, prime and secondary air calibration, also have to be done before miu operation. Then, the start-up test can be performed, Possible problems that may cause mill breakdown, such as large and small gear spraying valve stuck, gear point corrosion, ball feeding tube blockage, and oil station filter, have to be considered.
