摘要
静态分离器是中速磨煤机重要的组成部件。分析了德国Babcock公司静态(离心式)分离器的设计理论。对该型分离器设计中存在的2个问题:特征截面的准确通风面域和特征截面的准确位置提出不同看法。引伸了解决问题的思路。
The static separator is a key component of medium-speed coal-mill. This paper analyzes the design theory of the static (centrifugal) separator, which is manufactured by Babcock Inc. Germany. The authors express different opinions in the separator design on two problems, which are exact ventilation area of the specific cross-section and exact location of the specific cross-section. The thinking to the problems are also explicated.
