对东北电网有限公司下属五个超高压局企业目前的信息化建设现状,以及未来发展需求进行了归纳,对超高压企业信息化建设过程中出现的问题进行分析,尤其对目前超高压企业信息化建设中“信息孤岛”产生的原因及危害进行分析,强调信息资源规划在超高压企业信息化建设中具有的核心地位,阐述了超高压企业搞好信息资源规划的重要因素、意义及步骤,并指出超高压企业要实现信息化建设的跨越式发展,必须要重视和加强信息资源规划。

The paper reduced the actuality of informationizafion build - up and developing demands in the future for five an extra high voltage enterprise subordinated to Northeast China Grid Co. ,Ltd, and analyzed problems occurred during informationization building up for extra high voltage enterprise, especially construed the reasons producing information tletached island＇and its jeopardy in the course of extra high voltage enterprise＇informationization, stressed that information resource planning play a core function in informationization, besides, analyzed important factors, signification and procedure in planning information resource. It is pointed that an extra high voltage enterprise must pay much attention to information resource planning in order to speed up informationization.
