地下储油岩库围岩力学参数的正交设计 被引量:7

摘要 在相同岩性的现场库区内,岩体的物理力学参数随取样位置(深度)的变化具有不同的变化水平,即使在稳定岩层区不同深度岩性参数也有一定的差异。为了在储油岩库设计方案的数值模拟试验中充分体现这些实际特点,根据大量的岩石室内试验结果,采用正交设计试验方法,以岩石的弹性模量、泊松比、抗拉强度、粘聚力和内摩擦角共5个参数作为主要影响因素,选取储油洞库围岩塑性区面积(包括拉破坏区面积)和洞周最大位移值作为试验指标进行了正交试验,通过对正交试验结果进行直观分析,研究了地下储油岩库围岩力学参数的确定方法,给出了参数的最优组合,为解决同类问题建立了计算方法和分析思路。 The physical and mechanical parameters of rock have the different levels which vary with sampling position (depth) in the surrounding rock with same properties, even in the stable layer of rock. In order to consider these actual characteristics in the simulating experiment of designing the petroleum storage caverns, the orthogonal experiment design method was used. The elastic modulus, the Poisson's ratio, the tensile strength, the cohesion and the friction angle of rock were taken as the orthogonal experiment factors, and the total area of plastic zones including the extension zones and the maximum value of displacement component were taken as evaluation indexes of experiment. The method of determining the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock for the petroleum storage caverns was studied by the direct-viewing analysis of the experiment results, and the optimal assembled parameters were given. The calculating method and analyzing process were established for solution of analogous problems.
