摘要
以种皮呈深紫色的花生品种珍珠黑和粉红色品种粤油13的杂交后代F1-F3群体为材料,通过遗传分析和SSR分子标记探讨花生种皮颜色基因的遗传连锁规律。结果表明,花生深紫色种皮颜色受一对不完全显性主效基因控制,该基因与SSR标记“PM93/630-600”连锁,连锁距离为5.4 cM。
Genetic linkage rule of SSR markers and the gene for dark purple testa color in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L. ) was analyzed with the F1 - F3 populations derived from combination of Zbenzlaubei ( dark purple testa) and Yueyou 13 ( pink testa). The results showed that the dark purple testa color in peanut was controlled by an uncompleted dominant major gene. The SSR marker PM93/630 - 600 was identified as marker of the testa color. The gene for testa color was linked with the SSR marker PM93/630 - 600, and the genetic distance is about 5.4cM.
