摘要
以大豆为实验材料,用溶液培养试验法研究稀土铈(Ce3+)对大豆幼苗光合作用的影响。实验结果表明,20mg/L CeCl3能显著提高大豆幼苗净光合速率(Pn),光饱合速率(Ps),饱和CO2光合速率(Pm),光合量子效率(AQY),羧化效率(CE),叶绿素(Chl)含量及希尔反应活性。通过对Chl含量、Hill反应活性、AQY和CE与Pn的相关统计学分析发现,Ce3+对上述指标的影响顺序是CE>Hill反应活性>Chl含量>AQY。
Effect of cerium ( Ce^3+ ) on photosynthesis in soybean seedlings was studied with hydroponics under laboratory conditions. The results showed that Ce^3+ could improve net photosynthesis rate (Ps), lightsaturated net photosynthesis (Ps), Ps at saturating Ci (Pro), apparent photosynthetic quantum yield (AQY), carboxylation efficiency (CE), chlorophyll content and Hill reaction activity in soybean seedlings. Each index with Ce^3+ treatment was improved than that of the corresponding controls.
