摘要 用不同强度的电场处理0.5%盐浓度胁迫下花葵种子,测定电场对盐胁迫下种子发芽的影响。统计分析表明:在0-6.0kV/cm场强范围,不同电场强度对种子的发芽率影响不同。在0.5%盐浓度下,用1.0kV/cm的电场处理花葵种子,种子发芽率可提高18.44%。 Effect of electric field treatment on seed germination of sunflower under salt stress was investigated. The sunflower seeds were first treated with different electric field strength. Then the sunflower seeds were soaked with tap water for 12 hours before they were put into petri dishes containing sand treated with salt solution. The salts concentration was 0.5% in which same amount of NaCl and KCl was used. The statistical results showed that different electric field strength ranging from 0.5kV/cm to 6.0kV/cm could influence the germination ratio under salt stress. The germination ratio was enhanced by 18.44% with the treatment of 1.0kV/cm.
