摘要
基于螺旋锥齿轮噪声产生的机理和虚拟仪器设计原理,详细阐述了PCI2000数据采集卡的主要性能特点和VC++与MATLAB混合编程的开发方法。设计开发了齿轮噪声测量系统,进行了噪声信号的采集处理和程序的可行性验证。该系统能够应用于生产现场锥齿轮啮合质量的评价。
Based oo the noise mechanics of spiral bevel gears and the design principle of virtual instrument,it is detailed to introduce the main functions of PCI2000 data acquisition card and the developing method of mixed programming of VC++ with MATLAB. A measuring system of gear mesh noise is designed and developed. It proves the feasibility of the developed system to carry out the signal sampling and processing of noise.This system may be used in the estimation of the bevel gears meshing performance in manufacturing factories.
