摘要
采用ANSYS模拟了裂纹尖端附近的应力应变场,对均匀内压下内表面含有轴向裂纹的厚壁圆筒结构进行了断裂应力强度因子分析,计算了不同内外径比、不同裂纹长度下的形状系数,计算结果与保角映射法计算结果非常接近,并用最小二乘法将其拟合为二次曲线。
Strains and stresses around the edge of the crack are analyzed using ANSYS software,the stress intensity factor is calculated by finite element method for axial crack with thick-walled cylinder under uniform inner pressure. With different ratio of inner and outer radius and different crack length, the geometric factor is calculated and fitted into quadric curves by the least squares method.
