热轧H型钢开坯过程的粘塑性有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 在Gleeble 1500热模拟机上试验得到Q235B材料在高温和不同应变速率条件下的真实应力应变曲线,并以此建立刚-粘塑性有限元模型。运用商业有限元软件ABAQUS模拟热轧H型钢的开坯过程。通过计算可以分析轧件开坯过程中的应力场分布规律和压下力的大小,了解轧件开坯过程中的金属变形和流动情况。为H型钢开坯工艺的改进和预测产品外形和质量提供参考。 The strain-stress curves in high temperature environment and diverse strain rates were carried out by Gleeble1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. Based on the test, the rigid-viscoplastic finite method model was constructed. The multi-pass cogging of H-beam was simulated by finite element method with commercial software ABAQUS. Thus the stress field of workpiece in rolling area could be analyzed. The H-beam rolling force could be got. And also deformation and flow of metal could be known. These works provide references for improving cogging parameter and forecasting the shape and performance of production.
