脑利钠肽与儿童心血管疾病的研究进展 被引量：2

Progress of Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Childer with Cardiovascular Disease

摘要 脑利钠肽是一种主要由心室肌细胞分泌的肽类激素。大量研究证实血浆脑利钠肽水平在心力衰竭时升高，而且升高水平与其严重程度呈正相关，因此脑利钠肽可以用于心力衰竭的诊断。最近还发现在多种小儿心血管疾病中脑利钠肽水平均异常升高，表明脑利钠肽参与了这些疾病发生的病理生理机制。该文概述脑利钠肽与儿童先天性心脏病和川崎病之间相关性研究的新进展。
