托吡酯治疗多发性抽动症的机制与前景 被引量：3

The Prospect and Mechanism of Topiramate in Treatment of Tourette Syndrome

摘要 多发性抽动症（TS）是儿童常见的一种神经精神障碍性疾病，脑内许多神经环路及多种神经递质的异常参与了TS的发病。其传统的治疗药物为多巴胺D2受体阻滞剂，但部分患儿不能完全控制。近年来研究发现，抗癫痫新药托吡酯可以从多方面拮抗TS的发病，但其具体的作用机制、治疗停药标准等问题有待进一步深入研究。该文综述托吡酯的药理学特点及TS发病机制方面的研究进展。
