摘要
维持城市测绘基准的传统控制网在覆盖能力和精度均匀性方面已越来越难以满足城市发展的迫切要求。广州市城市三维实时定位系统作为“数字广州”的基石,可以直接、快速获取高精度城市基础信息数据,并确保数据在整个城市范围内的统一和完整,具有重大的战略意义和应用价值。本文对系统的关键性技术问题和具体实施进行了研究。
As traditional surveying frame, urban control networks have been more and more difficulties to meet the current requirements of coverage area and precision. Guangzhou Urban three-dimensional real-time positioning system can provide citywide three-dimensional position information with high precision directly, continuously and rapidly. This paper discussed and solved the key problems of the system in practical implementations.
