摘要
目的了解学生早餐行为,为进行合理膳食营养教育提供资料。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对沈阳市第三十一中学2 741名学生进行问卷调查。结果调查对象有8.23%的学生从不吃早餐,早餐质量达优者只占7.30%;68.57%的学生早餐质量不达标。时间不够和没有食欲为不吃早餐的主要原因。只有11.20%的学生了解营养早餐应包括哪些内容。结论学生对早餐不够重视,其营养知识较欠缺,对学生开展合理膳食指导十分必要。
Objective To study students' breakfast behaviors and to provide evidence for nutritional edueation. Methods Byusingaself-designed questionnaire, 2741 studentsin No.31 middle schools were investigated. Results Amongthe students surveyed, 8.23% of them never had breakfast. Only 7.30% students' breakfast qualty was good, and 68.57% students' breakfast quality did not meet the standard. The main reasons of dripping breakfast were lack of time and having no appetite. Only 11.20% studeats knew about the contents of nutritional breakfast. Conclusion It is deficiency in nutritional knowledge and the recognition of breakfast among the students, and rational dietary, guidance is necessary.
