摘要 目的了解医学新生自尊、控制水平和心理健康状况及其特征,为心理健康教育和心理咨询辅导提供依据。方法选取兰州某大学2005级医学新生700名进行自尊量表(SES)、心理控制源(IPC)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试。结果有严重心理问题的检出率为15.08%,主要症状为强迫、人际敏感和抑郁;男生与女生在自尊、控制水平存在不同程度的差异,可以将有心理问题的学生区分为高危-不成熟型和普通-不成熟型。结论不同自尊、控制水平的学生,心理健康状况不同。较高自尊和控制水平的新生,心理健康状况更好;而较低自尊和控制水平的新生,心理问题更严重。 Objective To probe self-esteem, control level and mental health among medical freshmen , and to provide evidence for mental heahh edueation and psychological counseling. Methods By using Self-Esteem Scale (SES), Internality, Powerful Others, and Chanee Scale (IPC) and Symptom Cheeldist 90( SCL - 90), a cluster sampling of 700 medical students in grade one in Lanzhou University. Results The positive rate of serious problems was 15.06%, and the main symptoms were obsessive, interpersonal sensitivity and depression. There were significant differences between male and female students on mental health, serf-esteem and control level. The students who had problems can be divided into two types: highly dangerous-immature and commonimmature.Conclusion The level of different self-esteem and eontrol has signitieant influence on mental health. The higher level have the medical freshmen, the better psychological health status they have.
