叙述了首台引进型600MW反动式汽轮机轴向推力严重超值的处理过程。指出推力过大的原因是原设计错误.用二元及准三元计算方法替代原一元计算法进行核算,并根据计算结果和实测数据对平衡活塞进行了车削处理.现机组正在平圩电厂正常运行。

The paper starts with a presentation how the trouble with the first licenced 600 MW reaction turbine caused by the axial thrust missing its design mark was remedied. It has its origin in amistake committed in the original design.A check of two dimensional and quasi-three dimensional calculation in lieu of the original one-dimensional was per-formed,according to which and also field test results the balancing piston was remedial-ly turned smaller.At present,the unit is in normal operation at Pingwei Power Plant.
