摘要
通风柜是实验室中主要的安全设备,为了控制有害物质的外溢和保证实验正常进行,必须有效地控制罩面风速。在实验过程中,随着柜门的操作,通风柜开口面积发生变化,罩面风速变化较大,通风系统达不到设计要求,影响实验和抽风效果。通过对通风系统中管路和风机性能分析,设计及采用控制系统对通风柜通风系统进行变风量控制,使系统罩面风速基本稳定不变,从而达到设计要求。
The fume hood is the main safety in lab. In order to control harmful material leakage and keep the experiment working properly , the face velocity must be controlled efficiently. The hatch area changes with the fume hood door operation,the face velocity has a big change, the ventilating system can not reach the design request, and affect experiment and ventilating performance. According to analysis of pipeline and fan performance in the ventilating system. We gesign and apply control system to control the fume hood ventilating system with various air volume , the face velocity sustains unchangeably, and this control system could be applied widely.
