摘要
以C-D生产函数为基础,根据Lucas人力资本溢出的内生增长理论,构建了江西省人力资本外部性增长模型方程,并用eviews软件测算了1995至2005年江西省高等教育对GDP增长速率的贡献为0.2 453,从而指出增大高等教育的投入是实现江西省经济持续、高速、高效增长的重要的,不容忽视的环节。
This article builds the human capital external growth model of Jiangxi province based on Cobb-Douglas function and the model of Lucas＇human capital overflow and calculates the advanced education contribution to economic growth velocity of Jiangxi province in 1995 -2005 by eviews soft. The result is O. 1995, so it＇s important to adhere to increasing the capital of advanced education in order to realize a sustainable economic development of Jiangxi province.
