引进型600MW汽轮机推力的探讨

A Study Concerning the Thrust Problem of the Licenced 600MW Turbine

针对平圩电厂的引进型600MW汽轮机推力过大的问题,进行了汽轮机推力平衡和运行工况的分析,并计算了调节级和反动级的推力。强调计算推力必须计及反动度沿叶高的变化。计算结果表明.推力已超过规定的28.5t,机组非经改进已不能长期连续运行。适当车削平衡活塞外径有利于改善推力。

With a view to the problem incurred by the licenced 600MW turbine at Pingwei Power Plant due to excessive thrust,a study concerning thrust balance and operating condition was carried out with a detailed calculation of the axial forces in the regulation stage and reaction stages.The paper stresses the necessity of considering reaction variation along with blade height.Calculation reveals the fact that the actual occurring thrust exceeds the designed limit by 28.5T which makes reconditioning imperative for long time continuous operation.Machining the balancing piston to a smaller size would be helpful to solve the problem.
