摘要
本文仅对上锅厂设计制造的9台燃用烟煤和无烟煤的电站锅炉尾部收集来的飞灰,除进行了颗粒直径分布、硬度、比重、可燃物、化学分析等常规分析外,还采用了扫描电镜,X-衍射等特种分析.根据分析结果探讨其与磨损的关系.并进一步研究了煤粒在炉内燃烧的微观变化过程.
The paper presents routine analysis results of fly ash from bituminous coal and anthracite,collected in rear sections of 9 power boilers designed and manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Works,including particle diameter,hardness,specific gravity, combustibles and chemical composition.In addition, this scanning electro microcopy and x-ray diffraction have been used in the study. Based on results of analysis, the correlation with erosion is discussed together with the micro-combustion process of coal particles within the boiler.
