肩难产15例助产体会

摘要肩难产发生率虽然不高，但由于较难预测，往往猝然发生导致措手不及，给胎儿和产妇造成极大的损害。本文对17例肩难产产妇采用耻骨联合上加压助娩法联合McRobert助娩法助娩，取得了较好的临床效果．现将助娩中应观察、掌握的重点报告如下。
