2005～2006年住院药房抗生素合理应用分析

Analysis of the Rationality in Using Antimicrobials in Pharmacy During the Period 2005-2006

目的了解医院住院药房抗生素的应用情况。方法统计并计算住院药房2005-2006年两年里抗生素类药物的用药金额、用药剂量、用药天数、用药频率、日均费用、药物利用指数等,分析临床用药情况。结果头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类用药频率DDDs排序居首位,仍为抗感染药物首选。被统计的20种药物中15种药物利用指数小于1,比例为75%。结论住院药房抗生素应用基本合理,但应进一步加强对抗生素使用的监督管理,提高医务人员的业务水平。

Objective To study the situation and trend of antimicrobials used in Naval General Hospital＇s department of pharmacy. Methods Data of antimicrobials information during 2005-2006 were collected. The following items was calculated： amount of money of antimicrobials＇,average days of antimicrobial use, total consumption of each antimicrobial and define daily dose（DDD） and drug utilization＂ index（DUD. Results Cephalobials, penicillins,quinolones are the first selection drug in antimicrobials. 75% antimicrobials＇ DUI was less than 1, 25 % antimicrobials＇ DUI was more than 1. Conclusion The application of antimicrobials in thelhospital pharmacy was rational. In order to prevent some drugs＇ being abused,we should enhance the management of application of antimicrobials.
