血脂康对2型糖尿病C反应蛋白的影响被引量：1

摘要目的了解血脂康对2型糖尿病(T2DM)C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将46例T2DM患者随机分为2组,治疗组24例除常规控制血糖外,加用血脂康1.2 g/d,用药4周;对照组单纯常规控制血糖4周。用免疫比浊法分别测定2组治疗前后血清CRP的含量。结果2组治疗前CRP较正常人显著增高(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组前后改变不显著(P>0.05),2组患者治疗前后血糖无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血脂康可以降低T2DM患者CRP水平,提示该药有预防T2DM急性心血管并发症的作用。
