Effectively recycling of waxed boxes

蜡化纸盒由于含蜡量高,长期以来没有进行回收利用。造纸工业蜡化纸盒用蜡有三种方式:渗透蜡、瀑布状的蜡和幕帘涂布蜡。这几种蜡的熔点为43～71°C。这类蜡化纸盒的回用流程为:水力碎解→水力清洗→高浓净化→反向筛选、净化。蜡化纸盒的回用工艺中新技术的关键一是控制好碎解的温度,二是采用反向筛浆机将蜡与良浆分离。

The waxed boxes has not recycled and re-utilized for a long time for its high wax content. There are three methods to use wax in the production of waxed boxes in paper industry： penetrating wax, waterfall-like wax and curtain coating wax. The melting points of the wax above mentioned are 43-71℃. The recycling process for such waxed boxes is as follow：hydraulic disintegration → hydraulic washing → high concentration cleaning → reverse screening and reverse cleaning. The key to the new technology in the recycling process of waxed boxes is to control the temperature of disintegration and to separate the wax from accept with reverse screen.
