摘要
较全面地介绍了目前以造纸黑液酸析木质素为原料制备活性炭的研究进展,指出不同的活化剂以及活化方法将产生不同性质、不同用途的活性炭。通过比较磷酸活化、氯化锌活化、碳酸钾活化、氢氧化钾活化、氢氧化钠活化、高温水蒸气活化以及二氧化碳活化所制备活性炭的孔隙参数以及工艺条件差异,进而指出依据不同的用途确定使用不同的活化剂进行活化制备不同孔隙性质的活性炭,从而将制浆造纸黑液木质素进行综合利用并提高其使用价值。
This paper provides a thorough introduction of the advance in the preparation of activated carbon utilizing acid precipitated lignin from black liquor and points out that different activators and different activation schemes will produce activated carbon of different properties and for different purposes. Through a comparison on the porous parameters and technological conditions for the activated carbons produced from H3PO4 activation, ZnCl2 activation, K2CO3 activation, KOH activation, NaOH activation, high temperature steam and CO2 gasification activation, the paper points out that activated carbons with different porous parameters should be prepared with different purposes so that black liquor lignin can be comprehensively utilized with its using value improved and the pulping and papermaking process will be a perfect complete utilization process of the component biomass of lignocellulose.
