摘要
近年来研究发现肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与不明原因自然流产的关系密切。TNF-α与肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)结合介导的生物学效应是导致自然流产的机制之一。TNF-α和TNFR均可以细胞膜结合型和可溶型两种形式存在,它们之间的表达失衡对自然流产的发生可能产生一定影响。单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)作为趋化因子家族的一个主要成员参与了胚胎着床过程,也与流产有关。TNF-α与MCP-1之间存在着相互关系,可能在自然流产发生中发挥协调作用。本文就TNF-α及MCP-1与自然流产的研究进展作一综述。
Recent studies has found that there is a close relationship between TNF-α and unknown spontaneous abortion. The combination of TNF-α and TNFR can bring about certain biological effect, which is one of the mechanism resulting in spontaneous abortion. Both TNF-α and TNFR can exist in the form of combinating with cell membrane and soluble. The expression imbalance of TNF-α and TNFR may have some effect on spontaneous abortion. MCP-1 as one of the members of chemokine family has been involved in the course of embryo implantation,which is also concerned with spontanetms abortion.The nmtual relationship between TNF-α and MCP-1 may have coordinated effect, in the development of spontanetms abortion. This article reviews the development of TNF-α and MCP- 1 in spontaneous abortion.
