摘要 妊娠早期胎儿皮肤创伤后愈合迅速且无瘢痕形成,揭示胎儿无瘢痕愈合机制以提高创面修复愈合质量,对临床上瘢痕的防治具有极其重要的意义。近年来虽已做了大量研究,但对妊娠早期胎儿无瘢痕愈合的产生机制还不完全清楚,本文主要从胎儿相关环境、成纤维细胞、细胞外基质、细胞因子、基因表达等方面阐明其可能的形成机制。 Wounded fetus skin of early-gestation heals vapidly and scarlessly. It is of important significance to reveal the mechanism of scarless healing in wounded fetal skin for the prevention of clinical scar. Although many studyes have made in recent years , the mechanism of scarless healing is still unclear.This article will elucidate its possible mechanism from fetus-related enviroment,, fibroblast, etraccellular matrix, cytokine, and gene expression and so on.
