Cold Phacoemulsification Technique in Cataract Therapy

摘要 为避免普通超声乳化过程中乳化头产生大量热量损伤眼组织尤其是角膜,冷晶状体乳化技术已成为临床迫切需要,现有五种冷晶状体乳化技术应用于临床治疗白内障,即声波乳化技术、白星技术、铒激光晶状体乳化技术、钕激光晶状体乳化技术和水乳化技术。本文对这几种冷晶状体乳化技术的原理、优缺点及应用效果进行综述。 To avoid the harm to eye tissue resulting from a quantity of heat following ultrasonic phacoemulsification, cold phacoemulsificationI techinique is needed badly in clinic. Five cold phacolysis technology have been applied in cilinic treatment which includes Sonic Wave, white star, Er laser, Nd laser and water Phacoemulsification. This article reviews these phacoemulsification about its principle, advantages and diaadvantages and application effects.
