摘要 B细胞刺激因子(Blys)是肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族的新成员,通过与B细胞表面三个受体特异性结合而发挥作用。本文就Blys及其受体的分子结构、生物学活性及其与B细胞恶性肿瘤发病之间的关系的研究进展进行综述。 B lymphocyte stimulators（Blys）is a new member of tumor necrosis factor superfamily, which produces a marked effect through specific binding with three receptors. This article reviews the progress of Blys and its receptor about their molecular structure, biologic activity and their relationship with pathogenesy of B cell malignancies.
