摘要
高半胱氨酸蛋白61(cysteine rich61,Cyr61)是富含半胱氨酸的分泌性肝素连接蛋白,具有促进细胞增殖、迁移、黏附、分化和细胞外基质(ECM)合成等作用,在新生血管及肿瘤形成过程中起着重要作用。Cyr61在浸润、转移的乳腺癌中高表达,本文就Cyr61的结构、功能及其与乳腺癌关系的研究进展进行综述。
Cyr61 is a secreted, eysteine-rieh, heparinbinding protein, which has promotion in cell proliferation,migration, adhesion,differentiation and synthesis of ECM and plays an important role in angiogenesis and tumorigeness. Cyr61 is overexpressed in invasive and metastatic human breast cancer. This article reviews Cyr61 about its structure,function and its relationship with breast cancer.
