摘要 Ca2+超载与缺血/再灌注损伤有密切关系,钠/钙交换蛋白和钠/氢交换蛋白是缺血/再灌注Ca2+超载过程中两个至关重要的因素。目前已有很多钠/钙交换蛋白(NCX)抑制剂和钠/氢交换蛋白(NHE)抑制剂用来防止Ca2+超载引起的缺血再灌注损伤。 Ca^2+ overload is closely related to ischemia/reperfusion injury, Exchangers of Na^+/Ca^2+ and Na^+/H^+ are two critical factors during Ca^2+ overload resulting from ischemia/reperfusion. At present,many inhibitors of Na^+/Ca^2+ exchanger and Na^+/H^+ exchanger were developed to prevent ischemia/reperfusion injury induced by Ca^2+ overload.
