摘要
新生儿可通过自动调节、化学调节及神经调节维持脑血流的稳定。由于各种调节机制发育不完善,新生儿脑血流易受多种因素的影响而波动,引起脑血流动力学改变。在脑缺氧损伤时,脑血流参数的改变与损伤程度密切相关。因此,监测脑血流动力学变化有助于临床评估病情及指导治疗。
Neonates can maintain cerebral hemodynamic stability by auto-regulation, chemical regulation and neuroregulation. Because the development of many regulatory mechanism is imperfect, Fluctuation in neonate cerebral blood flow affected by many factors will result in cerebral hemodynamic changes. The changes in cerebral hemodynamics tightly connect with the degree of cerebral injuries after hypoxia.Therefore, observing cerebral hemodynamics'changes is helpful to evaluate patients'condition as well as to instruct therapy.
