摘要
甲状腺相关性眼病(TRO)在眼眶疾病中发病率较高,其确切的发病机制尚不清楚,治疗困难,因而探讨其发病机制、寻求有效的治疗方法有重大的临床价值。大量临床研究证实,TAO是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,本文介绍该病的免疫炎性反应特点及其诊断标准和治疗方法。
Thyroid-related Ophthalmopathy （TRO） has a high rate among eyepit diseases. But its nosogeny has not been known exactly yet and it is difficult to cure. So it has a great clinical value to study the nosogeny of this diseases and seek an effective therapeutic method. According to many clinical studies, TRO is a kind of organ-specific and autoimmune disease. This article reviews this kind of disease about its inflammatory reaction character in immunity, its diagnostic criteria and therapeutic method.
