摘要 代谢综合征与心血管病发病联系日渐明确。本文从心率变异角度分析代谢综合征对自主神经系统的影响并进行综述,目的旨在探讨代谢综合征与心血管病之间的内在联系。 The pathogenetic relationship is definite between metabolic syndrome （MS） and heart rate variability（HRV） day by day. This article reviews the effect of matabolic syndrome on vegetative nervous system in order to debate the relationship between rnatabolic syndrome and angiocardiopathy.
