纤溶系统与急性冠状动脉综合征

摘要 越来越多的研究证实,纤溶系统活性降低在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的发生、发展中起重要的作用。纤溶系统活性对ACS的诊断、临床治疗及预后预测的评估有重要价值。本文就ACS时纤溶系统活性变化及临床意义的研究进展进行综述。 Increasing evidence suggested that the degraded activity of fibrinolytic system tray play a pivotal role in the initiation and progression of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).So the activity of fibrinolytic system can provide valuable information in the diagnosis,assessment of clinical therapy and prognostic prediction of ACS. This article reviews progress of ACS about its activity changes of fibrinolytic system and its clinical significance.
