腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术八例报告

Laparoscopic Assisted Radical Gastrectomy:A Report of 8-case

目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术的安全性及可行性。方法:8例胃癌患者均行腹腔镜辅助下根治性远端胃大部切除术。结果:8例患者均成功进行腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹。手术用时(221±28)min。术中出血量(142±80)mL。清扫淋巴结(20.5±6.3)枚/例。术后患者平均胃肠功能恢复时间为(4.2±1.2)d,下床活动时间(2.0±0.5)d,进流质时间(4.5±1.0)d。术后近期效果良好。结论:腹腔镜胃癌根治术具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,安全、可行性强,能达到与开腹手术相当的根治效果。

Objective： To evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic-assisted gastrctomy. Methods.All 8 patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic-assisted radical distal gastrectomy. Results. Eight cases were successfully performed laparoscopic surgery without convert to conventional open gastrectomy. The mean operation time was （221±28）min. The mean volume of blood loss was （142±80）mL. The mean numbers of harvested lymph nodes were （20.5±6.3）. The mean time was （4.2±1.2） d for gastrointestinal function recovery, （2.0 ± 0.5） d for patients to return general activity,（4.5±1.0）d for patients to take fluid food. The postoperative shortterm effect was obvious. Conclusion： Laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy possess the advantages of minimally invasive treatment, safe, feasible and can achieve the same radical outcome as the open operation can.
