溶胶-凝胶法制备(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)TiO_3粉体

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3(BNBT-6)的稳定溶胶,经退火处理得到了BNBT-6无铅压电陶瓷粉体.用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对粉体的晶体结构、颗粒形态、原子价态及粉体组成进行了研究.结果表明800℃退火处理的粉体样品呈单一的钙钛矿结构,晶粒大小在125~200am左右.XPS定性分析发现所制样品中含有Bi、Na、Ba、Ti等4种元素.定量分析表明样品中Ti离子与Bi离子的摩尔比为1:0.33. (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ( BNBT - 6) lead-free piezoelectric fine powder is prepared by sol-gel method. Measurements of XRD, TEM and XPS are carried out to investigate the crystal structure, mierostrueture and atom valence. It is found that the powder annealed at 800 ~C shows a pure perovskite structure and the size of the powder is about 125 - 200 nm. The results of XPS qualitative analysis shows that this fine powder contains Bi、Na、Ti and Ba. By quantitative analysis it is shown that the mol ratio of Ti and Bi is 1:0. 33.
