邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯对小鼠血液中的SOD及MDA的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的用不同浓度的邻苯二甲酸二乙基己酯〔di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,DEHP〕(DEHP125、250、375、500mg/kg)腹腔注射小鼠染毒14d。方法研究DEHP对小鼠红细胞及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛〔malondialdehyde,MDA〕的影响。结果DEHP可造成小鼠红细胞及血清SOD活性降低,DEHP浓度越高,SOD活力下降越显著,有一定的剂量效应关系,染毒组红细胞及血清SOD活力与对照组红细胞及血清SOD活力比较呈极显著性差异,(P<0.01)。DEHP可造成小鼠血清和红细胞中MDA含量升高,红细胞和血清中MDA含量随DEHP浓度升高而增加。其中,染毒组红细胞及血清MDA含量和对照组小鼠红细胞及血清MDA含量比较,均呈极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论DEHP可抑制小鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,使过氧化物增多。 Objective To study the influence of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the red blood cell and the serum of the mice. Methods The mice were celiac injected by different concentration groups of DEHP ( 125 mg/kg,250 mg/kg,375 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg) for 14 days. Results DEHP showed a certain dose-effect on both of the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA. Comparing the different DEHP concentration groups with the control group, the activity of SOD significantly declined both in the red blood cell and the serum of the mice (P 〈 0. 01 ). By the MDA reagent kit determination,it showed that the concentration of MDA in the blood serum and the red blood cell were both significantly elevated as compared to the control group(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion DEHP may inhibit the activity of SOD and induce the proliferation of peroxide.
