摘要
[目的]调查分析护理专业学生的人格特质,便于护理学生的管理和培养。[方法]采用卡特尔16PF人格测量量表,对护理专业在校学习的72名学生和临床实习的68名学生进行测试,所得资料用t检验进行统计学处理。[结果]护理专业学生与女大学生、医学生在14种人格因素方面(A,B,C,E,F,G,H,I,L,M,N,Q1,Q2,Q3)以及8种次级人格因素方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在校学习和临床实习的护理学生在G因素方面存差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]护理学生的人格特征有其自身特点,不同学习阶段的护理学生的人格特征存在一定的差异,16PF的测试可作为管理、培养护理学生的理论依据。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the personality characteristics of nursing specialty students, so as to manage and cultivate nursing students effectively. Methods: A total of 72 nursing students studying in school and 68 students practicing in clinical were detected with Kater 16PF measuring inventory. All data were analyzed statistically with t - test. Results: There were significantly differences among nursing specialty students, female university students and medical students in 14 personality factors (A, B, C, E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, Q1, Q2, Q3 ) and 8 sub - grade personality factors (P 〈 0.05). There was significant difference in terms of G factor between students in school and clinical practicing nursing students (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Nursing specialty students have personality characteristics of their own features. Personality characteristics of nursing students of different study stage were different. The 16PF measurement can be taken as a theoretical basis for management and cultivation of nursing specialty students.
