上海城市商业性污染及防治对策的初步研究

Preliminary study on the business pollution and preventive measures in Shanghai City

城市商业性污染是继工业污染之后又一种不可忽视的环境污染方式，是环境保护中出现的新课题及热点问题。本文论述了城市商业性污染的内涵，并以上海为例，在不同类型商业性污染现状调查的基础上，初步探讨了城市商业性污染的评价因子、评价方法及管理控制途径。

Business pollution in downtown area is another kind of pollution occurred after the serious industrial pollution;and more attention should be paid to it. It's also a new subject and focus on environmental protection. In this paper, the contents of business pollution are illuminated systematically; and based on the current investigation of various types of business pollution in the downtown area of Shanghai,assessment factors,assessment methods and reasonable ways of management and control are primarily discussed.
