47例Pilon骨折临床回顾和分析

A Clinical Review for Pilon Fractures of 47 Cases

目的:探讨AO技术治疗Pilon骨折的方法和效果。方法:回顾性分析47例Pilon骨折的临床资料。47例患者均实行切开复位,AO解剖钢板内固定,其中43B319例,43C115例,43C28例,43C35例。结果:随访8个月至2年,平均16个月。优18例,良19例,可5例,差5例。结论:AO技术治疗Pilon骨折固定可靠,可早期活动,并发症少,临床价值高。

Objective：To evaluate the methods and results in the treatment of Pilon fracture for AO fixation. Methods：All cases were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with anafomical steek plate. Results：Follow up for 8 months to-2 years （mean 16 months）showed bone union in all patients. The results of therapy were assessed as follows excellent in 18 cases,good in 19 cases,fair in 5 cases and bad in 5 cases. Conclusion：The treatment of Pilon fracture with AO fixation has advantages of reliable fixation,early movement and fewer complications,being a valuable clinical alternative.
