高产脂湿地松选择和相关因子的分析 被引量:35

摘要 总结了江西吉安16a生湿地松子代试验林(含113家系,共1,130单株)的产脂研究。于2005年5-10月期间每日采脂,按月称量单株松脂产量,分析了湿地松试验林家系间、家系内单株间松脂产量的变化动态,筛选出了优良家系16个,平均产脂量都在5kg以上,比群体平均值高出28.5%,高产脂单株40株,产脂量达到5.98.7.20kg,增产50%以上;进行了湿地松群体产脂量的遗传学分析,揭示出产脂力是受基因加性效应和显性效应控制,湿地松家系产脂遗传力高,h^2=0.90,湿地松松脂产量在采脂期内呈抛物线状变化;讨论了气象因子对松脂产量的影响,9月份产量最高,适宜的气温和降水量是松脂高产的保证;分析了产脂与树木生长及形态特征的关系,并讨论了采脂技术,为江西省湿地松产脂量的遗传改良及基地林建设奠定了技术和物质基础。 Investigation of resin yield of trees consisting of 113 families and 1 130 individuals in total was carried out from May to October, 2005 in the experimental plantation of 16 -yearold slash pine, located in Ji'an,Jiangxi Province. The variation of resin yield among families and individuals within family was ana- lyzed. Based on the study, 16 superior families and 40 individual of the family were screened from the plantation. The annual resin yield of the families was more than 5 kg/individual on the average and 28.5% more than that of the average of the plantation, and for the superior individuals, 5.98 ~ 7.20 kg/individual and more than 50% over the control. Genetic analysis showed that resin yield was controlled by additive and dominant genes and the hereditability of resin yield was high : h^2 = 0.90. The production was related with temperature and precipitation and came up to the top in September. In addition, the connection of resin production with growth, morphology of tree, as well as resin tapping technology are discussed in this paper.
