传染病网络直报不同属地病例填报及统计规则

Filling and reporting and statistical rules of cases of different areas in direct network report system of infectious diseases.

目的为了更好地规范对新的《传染病报告卡》的科学、准确填报,提高传染病报告信息的准确性。方法采用层次分析法的基本思路,对2004年国家法定报告的传染病监测系统网络直报的个案资料进行分析。结果建立了不同属地病例规范的填写及统计方法模型。结论以县为单位填报与统计中,须以病例的现住地为统计描述的条件,并通过规范的填写及统计方法模型描述不同属地病例的地区分布的规律。

Objective This analysis was conducted to regulate and enhance the correct filling and reporting of the new diseases reporting card, so as to improve the validity of the reported information of the infectious disease. Method The case data of direct network report of notifiable disease monitoring system in 2004 was statistically analyzed by the method of the analytic hierarchy process. Results The correct local case report and statistical rules in different areas were established. Conclusion The statistical condition should adopt the current locations of the cases in the county reporting and statistics, and the distribution rules of the case in different areas should be described by correct report and statistical models.
