石英砂岩湿法棒磨粉碎过程中工艺参数的优化

Evaluating Indicator of Processing Parameters on Grinding Efficiency

研究了磨矿工艺参数指标的评价问题,提出了用“磨矿技术效率×处理量”作为评价指标,并运用这一指标在石英砂岩的湿法棒磨的实验中对给料量、介质充填率、磨矿浓度等工艺参数进行了选择,实验结果表明,采用这一指标,可以对磨矿作业的工艺条件进行优化。

Evaluating methods of processing parameters in wet rod mill were investigated. It was proposed to take the product of grinding technical efficiency and capacity as evaluating indicator. The appropriate processing parameters including feed capacity, concentration and so on were selected using the evaluating indicator in wet milling of sandstone. Experimental results showed that processing parameters in grinding can be optimized using this evaluating indicator.
