摘要
根据机械动力学原理建立了数控机床进给传动系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件中的动态仿真工具Simulink构建了机床进给系统的仿真模型,获得了反映系统性能的仿真曲线.利用仿真模型分析了非线性摩擦因素对系统精确的影响,并给出了提高传动系统性能的措施.为机械传动系统的设计和性能的改进提供了理论依据.
The mathematical model of a NC machine tool feed drive system is set up according to the theory of mechanical dynamics theorem. The simulation model of applying motor to driving the machine tool feed drive system is built up by dynamic simulation tool Simulink and the simulation curve lines of reflecting the system performances are acquired. According to the simulation model, the effect of nonlinear friction on system performances is analyzed, and the measures of improving the system performances are given. Therefore the theoretical basis is given for design and performances improvement of mechanical drive system.
