摘要
随着汽车等个性化需求产品市场的日益增长,汽车覆盖件成型零件的加工质量与效率制约着产品批量和市场竞争力,笔者从混粉电火花和高速切削的加工机理与加工特点来探讨大面积模具镜面加工方法.
With the increasing individual requirement in the automobile market, the mass customization of products and the core competence of market is restricted by machining quality and efficiency of automobile panel shaping parts. This paper studyies the large area die mirror face processing method from the processing mechanism and peculiarity of Power- mixed EDM and high- speed cutting.
